The Role

In Star Wars, there have been a variety of ships showcased throughout the movies. But arguably the most iconic is the original bucket of bolts, the Millennium Falcon. For an old Corellian freighter, it has done some pretty amazing things. Like how it played a very important role in both the destruction of the Death Star I and Death Star II, so it's safe to say this a very important ship in the Star Wars Universe. 

The ship used to belong to Lando Calrissian, but he lost a game of sabacc to the smuggler Han Solo, and the ship was the bet. Thus, the future Hero of the Galaxy had gotten what would be his faithful steed for many, many years.
